Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of services from World Consulting LLC ("World Consulting", "we"). By booking or paying for a service you accept them.

1. Who we are

World Consulting LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its legal address at 1178 Broadway, 3rd floor, New York, NY 10001, USA. Contact: [email protected].

2. Our services

We provide management consulting, coaching and training services, and we introduce clients to independent specialists. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or engagement letter, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

3. Regulated matters

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration or other regulated advice. Where such advice is needed, it is provided by independent licensed professionals. No outcome that depends on a third party (a licence, a bank account, a residency or citizenship, a grant, a financing) can be guaranteed.

4. Introductions to partners

When we introduce a partner, we carry out due diligence on that partner for your need. The partner contracts with you directly and is solely responsible for its services, fees and results. We are not a party to that contract and may receive a fee from the partner, which we disclose on request.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in euros for clients in Europe, at a fixed equivalent amount. Prices exclude VAT and travel. You are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Fixed-price services are payable in advance unless the proposal states otherwise; monthly advisory is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payments bear interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

6. VAT

World Consulting LLC is established outside the European Union. For business clients in the EU, invoices are issued without VAT and VAT is accounted for by the client under the reverse-charge mechanism.

7. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

9. Liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care, under an obligation of means. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on our recommendations.

10. Governing law

Unless the engagement letter provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
